The staff were very pleasant, didn’t have an issue with conversation in english. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool hours for late check ins are poor. Did not pay the price I was expecting and was told it’s not correct when booked through a third party.

Recently renovated stem-to-stern and attractively finished in a modern style. Absolutely spotless. The front desk staff were extraordinary: friendly, fluidly bilingual and willing to do anything to help. I left my glasses behind at the Scores restaurant across the parking lot and, when the Score staff were unhelpful, the Quality Inn group collected my glasses for me and helped ship them back. Really a great exchange around this. Much above average breakfast buffet—and espresso, juice, and water dispensers running 24/7. Terrific overall.

We were travelling from New Brunswick to Montreal and wanted to visit Quebec City without travelling into the city. The hotel is located just off the motorway and is a short, very easy drive down to the port to catch the ferry across. Perfect! The staff were very welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom. Loads of parking and a restaurant just across from the hotel. The breakfast was very good.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is very clean (bedroom, linen, hallway...) and has all the amenities you need. Beds were a bit tough for us. We loved the swimming pool after a cold day. Free parking. Free coffee and juice. Breakfast is good (sausages, eggs, baked beans, cereals, yogurts, fruits, chocolate croissant, bagel...)with some options for those who have restrictions (lactose free milk, soya margarine...). A Tim Horton and a Score restaurant just 1 minute walk to the hotel. 30 minutes to go to Quebec city. 45 minutes for "Le relais" where we were skiing (the nearest slopes and not expensive place). Definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay here. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. They had no problem accommodating my dog even though I forgot to mention him while booking. Our double Queen room was spacious, well lit, and clean. There was plenty of desk space to get some work done and the wifi was solid. The beer and wine vending machine in the lobby was very welcome after a long day of driving. Breakfast was enough to start the day with a hot meal and some coffee..

We were so pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities including a microwave! The breakfast was good and included hot and cold options. There was even a play room that our toddler really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly. There is a Scores restaurant and a Tim Hortons a few minutes away. Highly recommend and will definitely book it for our next trip!

Conveniently located close to highway, exceptional quality and attention to detail including breakfast with a multitude of choices including fresh fruit salad. Very comfortable room, extremely clean, Keurig coffee machine in room.

The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff were very helpful. Would have been nice if there was a restaurant in the hotel for dinner after our day trip The dispensing machine with wine and chips satisfied our need for dinner

They had great area for pet stays. We really appreciated the attention to details - including the 24hr availability to make coffee/hot chocolate etc. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and helps us right away when we needed it.
